At the Last Supper, on the night he was betrayed, our Savior instituted the Eucharistic sacrifice of his Body and Blood. This he did in order to perpetuate the sacrifice of the cross throughout the ages until he should come again, and so to entrust to his beloved Spouse, the Church, a memorial of his death and resurrection: a sacrament of love, a sign of unity, a bond of charity, a Paschal banquet 'in which Christ is consumed, the mind is filled with grace, and a pledge of future glory is given to us.'(CCC 1233)

Eucharistic Adoration
24 hour Adoration the First Friday of the month
The Catholic Church has always offered and still offers to the sacrament of the Eucharist . . . adoration, not only during Mass, but also outside of it, reserving the consecrated hosts with the utmost care, exposing them to the solemn veneration of the faithful and carrying them in procession (CCC 1378).
"Receiving the Eucharist means adoring Him whom we receive. Only in this way do we become one with Him, and are given, as it were, a foretaste of the beauty of the heavenly liturgy. The act of adoration outside Mass prolongs and intensifies all that takes place during the liturgical celebration itself. -- Pope Benedict XVI - Sacramentum Caritatis
Rosary
M-F 9:30 AM after Daily Mass
Among all the devotions approved by the Church none has been so favored by so many miracles as the devotion of the Most Holy Rosary. (Pope Pius IX)
Hold on tightly to the Rosary. Be very grateful to the Madonna because it was she who gave us Jesus. (Padre Pio).
When the Holy Rosary is said well, it gives Jesus and Mary more glory and is more meritorious than any other prayer. (St. Louis de Montfort)
