St. Sebastian’s Catholic Church offers a variety of Adult Bible Studies. We use The Great Adventure Bible Study programs. Classes are informative, fun and devotional. Our DVD presenters range from EWTN's Jeff Cavins to Augustine Institute's Dr. Edward Sri.  Our courses are open to everyone! We love it when fellow Christians from other parishes join us.

Our Bible Study courses are perfect for anyone who is familiar with Holy Scripture to someone who has never opened the Bible before. Many of our courses will be offered throughout the year. Most of our classes are appoximately 1.5 hours and include:

• DVD Video Presentation
• Small Group Discussion
• Closing & Prayer

The Bible Timeline is an immensely rich study, diving deep into each time period of the Bible. Salvation history is covered from its beginning in Genesis through the coming of Christ and the establishment of the Catholic Church.

This will be an in-depth course spanning 24 weeks.  We will read each of the 14 narrative books in the 12 period Bible Time Line.  The Great Advenutre begins with a three-step foundational series designed to give you a solid basis for all future Bible study. This course will be offered starting SEPTEMBER 15, 2011.

BIBLE TIMELINE CALENDAR OF CLASSES

St. Sebastian's Church will be running a 5 session bible study program for all adults called A Biblical Walk Through the Mass. If you’ve ever wondered why we say what we say and do what we do during the Liturgy, this is the study for you! You will go deep into the Scriptural roots of the Mass, and see the beauty and riches unfold before your eyes like never before. This study is based on the new translation of the Mass.
